Outdoor Market Vendor Agreement
Event: Upland Hills Music Festival
Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Location: Upland Hills Farm, Oxford, Michigan
Vendor Fee: $30 for one 10’ × 10’ booth space
1. Booth Space & Fee
The vendor will receive one 10’ × 10’ outdoor booth space for a non-refundable fee of $30. Booth assignments will be determined by Upland Hills Music Festival organizers.
The vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage, weights, and any other equipment or supplies needed for their booth. No booth equipment will be provided by the festival.
2. Setup & Teardown
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM and must be finished by 11:30 AM.
All vendors must remain set up for the duration of the festival unless otherwise approved by festival organizers.
Teardown must be completed by 9:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area clean and free of all belongings, trash, and materials.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Vendor fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellation, failure to attend, weather, or other circumstances beyond the control of the festival organizers.
4. Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors are responsible for the safety, security, setup, and operation of their own booth and belongings.
Upland Hills Music Festival, Upland Hills School, Upland Hills Farm, and their staff, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving a vendor, vendor property, merchandise, equipment, or display, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Vendors are responsible for securing tents and displays appropriately and for complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
5. Conduct & Prohibited Items
Vendors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and appropriate manner.
The following are prohibited in the vendor area:
Alcohol
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Weapons or dangerous items
Unsafe or disruptive behavior
Any merchandise or activity that is inappropriate for a family-friendly community event
Festival organizers reserve the right to ask any vendor to leave the event if their conduct, merchandise, or display is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
6. Compliance
By signing below, the vendor agrees to follow this agreement, all festival rules, and reasonable instructions from Upland Hills Music Festival staff and volunteers.
The vendor understands that failure to follow these requirements may result in removal from the event without a refund.
